Getting into an accident is never fun, but my experience at this shop completely turned things around. I usually feel uneasy going to auto repair shops--always worried I'll get overcharged or misled. But from the moment I walked in, George put all my concerns to rest. He assured me that he'd handle everything my car needed and work directly with the insurance to make sure the damage was fully covered. When he told me to drop off my car on Monday and promised it would be ready by Wednesday, I honestly didn't believe him. But sure enough, by Wednesday morning, my car looked brand new--beautifully repaired and ready to go. George was friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for me. It's rare to find that kind of customer service and integrity these days. If you're ever in need of repairs, I highly recommend this place--and make sure to ask for George. He'll take great care of you.
