I had the utmost confidence that they would treat me fairly, with compassion and understanding especially at a time when I am under stress and perhaps a bit vulnerable. At all times, United treated me with respect and professionalism. They kept me well informed during the entire process, from the time the car was towed there, through the adjustment and estimate, to the ordering and delivery of parts, to the completion of the repairs and the delivery of the car back to me.
