They were very professional explained if I was able to retrieve the other party’s Insurance code it would make the cost less painful. They reached out regarding missing my appointment which I did not just a mix up in paperwork. I dropped the car off on Monday was able to pick up by Friday. The job was done nicely, was amazed they were able to match paint without washing the vehicle. Noticed they took items out of trunk and put on the back seat which I don’t even do. Ultimately I appreciate them the car is as good as new.

It took over two months to fix. I've taken my car to the place the next day of the accident. I've waited over a month for the parts and I've been to bring in my Highlander for repair which they said about q week to complete. Since then every reason of parts and other issues took 3 more weeks to get it fixed. I am still waiting for the Highlander AWD label on the back. Which they told me it's been back ordered. it's been another 3-4 weeks since I've picked up my car from United Collision. Couple days after I've picked up car, I've noticed "Take your car to dealer" sign on Highlander which I thought It's due for 10,000 mile scheduled maintenance. BUT today my dealer told me , for 4 weel-car -my front toe out of alignment. So I had to pay an extra $128.09. I am sure that the alignment issue is due to the accident I had. Over all, I am definitely extremely unsatisfied!!!

The owner Sam is very conscientious about his repairs and what he does goes out of his way to try to help you he is very accommodating and the repairs that he completed on my vehicle came out very good.
