I decided to bring my car here because of the good reviews I saw online, but unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. The person who was handling my case was friendly and communicative, which I appreciated but the work done on my bumper was far from professional. I had to come back and speak up in person just to get things corrected, which should not have been necessary if the job had been done properly the first time. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s important to say something. The quality of work was unacceptable, and it felt like there was a lack of care or attention to detail. This shop really needs to hire more skilled and professional staff to match the expectations they set online.
