If customer is not satisfied and is the thing you can see even by yourself that need to be fixed and was not fixed. And you said you can't do anything about it that didn't make me happy.

Inside behind the passenger seats left side and right side after took it back to close the gap which was wide open, they didn't do anything after they called me for pickup telling me they can't do anything. I took my car but was unhappy and so disappointed.

I would recommend Universal Motors but I would caution anyone I refer that you may have a longer delay because they take great care in their work.

I appreciate Gina and Jose. They did their best. I didn't have rental insurance and spent a lot more money than I had but they got the job done. I would just say be in tune with your customers needs because we all work hard to pay bills and for our money.

Everything went smooth and all repairs were made .. just wish the check engine light would have been resolved before I received the vehicle… I know it’s minor but now I’m fixing another thing when I could’ve had it done all at one time .. never have any issues with them at all though service is excellent and I’m always taken care of !!! That’s why I always bring my cars here
