This experience sucked all the way around. Nothing was handled well, communication was nonexistent...the truck wasn't fixed when it was returned to me the first time. Basically the whole operation was botched from the start. Now you're bothering me 2 months after giving me my truck back and I'm irritated all over again.

Communication was lacking about progress with my vehicle. I often had to speak to multiple people to get any information. Jeremy was great and very helpful but many of the other people I spoke with didn't seem to know what was going on. It just seemed like nobody was on the same page and it was a bit frustrating.
