I am happy with the quality of the body work. The vehicle drives beautiful and it looks very nice. It had a dead battery and did not work correctly at first (would not start, alarming, engine in limp mode). This made me less than enthused, not sure if that’s the body shops job or not to ensure it is working entirely or not. Once that was fixed all is well.

Communication about the status of repairs could have been improved. A simple we don’t know how long is better than nothing. Once repairs began the shop did communicate more updates, however, there were bumps in the road and it still took a very long time.

Really loved that they took care of the rental vehicle I was driving, and I didn’t have to return it from Moscow to Pullman. They dealt with that and it was unexpected but deeply appreciated!!

Very good, except for one thing. When you call them and the answering machine says push 1 to speak to a real human (love that!), sometimes no one answers. Then after about 10 rings you get a chance to leave a message

Everything was done perfectly, from working with the insurance company to the actual body work. Office personnel were extremely helpful with scheduling and the paperwork. The repair and paint job look fantastic. The repair was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend University Collision!

The final work was good. They had a 3-day delay during the work...people in office and garage were sick, no comms regarding this, required me inquiring about this delay.
