Estimate was off by $1800.00. Headlight should have been caught on first estimate. Marker light 💡 on bottom passenger side was out and you said it was out when it was in n shop. Why didn’t you fix it, if this guy s the case?!?! We don’t remember it being out, but such an easy fix for you as good customer service🤨. I remember when a car came back clean 🧼 inside and outside - not the case anymore😒. It just seems like nothing is done to stand out as being the best any more. Very sad.

Getting a hold of someone to check on the status of the vehicle was extremely difficult and my calls were rarely returned when I left a message. However, the work came out great and the staff was very pleasant when I did communicate with them.

Both the office staff and the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I was only disappointed by how long it took to get scheduled for the actual repair. I understood from the beginning that it would take a while for the parts to come in, and for them to be painted and ready to install. The person who originally set up the job seemed to imply that the repair work could be done quickly after the parts were painted. I checked in after about a week and the parts had arrived, and would be painted soon. That was fine, and consistent with what I had understood. Then I didn’t hear back for about another week, so I called again to see where things were, and learned the parts were ready but it would be yet another week before the actual repair. Here’s where I’m disappointed: I don’t understand why I didn’t hear from you when the parts were ready, and had to actively pursue getting an appointment for the installation. It even seems to me that it could have been scheduled in advance as soon as the date for painting had been set. I guess I could have been more proactive in asking for a time, but I’m a little confused why getting that done wasn’t higher a priority on your side.

The process went smoothly. It took much longer that I figured, but it sounds like that was due to issues getting parts. A couple phone calls advising of the delays would have been helpful, but overall it was a positive experience.
