While the quality of the job was high and I appreciate the work, communication was terrible. I was told the job would take 2-3 days and I picked my truck up, unfinished, after 2.5 weeks. They blamed the parts suppliers, which is understandable, but also did not make effort to communicate with me. Had I not called them I would have received zero communication until they were finished. I am still waiting on a part that they said would be in last week, still no communication. I would probably not choose them again unless they were the only option.

The only problem I had with the service was that they had to push out my repair because of a large number of orders coming in. Not really their fault but I had already taken the time off of work and pland other things around the original schedual just to have them change plans on me.

On the fence because lack of outreach--The work is good but I felt like I had to call every couple of days. Also, if it is going to take a long time, please keep me informed.

It would have been nice to get some updates. The task went from "a day or two" all the way out to a week, but I never received any communications. I had to call every few days to find out what was going on. It was kind of frustrating not hearing anything at all; a quick phone call just letting me know what was going on or that you were behind would have helped a lot. Instead, I felt like my car was getting forgotten about. I understand things can happen, but the lack of communication made me anxious to get my car back. The actual body work is quality, so I would recommend you guys but with the caveat that it may take a month or two to get it done, and to just plan on being without your vehicle for longer than the estimate.

Paint job is great! Damage not visible. Fender is loose at bottom and knocks ,when I hit a bump. Also fender trim missing 2 retainer screws .otherwise I was pleased. Done when promised. Thanks
