While the work to fix the damage was good, the quality control could be improved. There was a large dust or dirt particle trapped in the paint or clear coat and there was a large amount of overspray on the windows. I need to bring the car back in for repairs.

While the body work appears to be good, the overall repair was not. They gave us back a vehicle TWICE that was displaying check engine lights that required us to take the vehicle to the Dodge dealership to have additional work performed. They indicated that they did not think it was related to the accident, but it clearly was

Communication was terrible. They told us it would be 2 weeks, they never followed up or called with any updates without a call from us to inquire. Several times I could not get a hold of anyone at the Moscow shop and had to call the Pullman Shop to even get a live body or a callback.
