The repair went smoothly and everything looks good. However, there was a small trim piece of my car that needed replaced from a few years ago when its clip broke that the shop never noticed. I would have hoped they would’ve at least mentioned it given that my car was there for two weeks and they wouldn’t have known that wasn’t damaged in the accident.

I could not be more pleased about the quality of the repair work done by University Collision. But most impressive was the role that Lisa played in negotiations with the insurance adjuster that resulted in allowing repairs that led to a such a successful outcome. She took the initiative of working with the adjuster without any of my involvement. A very professional and capable company.

One suggestion I would make would be to make sure the person bringing in the vehicle has the phone numbner and correct address for any contact needed between the shop and the person bringing in the vehicle.
