The actual work is pretty good, it’s just that it took 4 weeks to complete because of ordering wrong parts and then not having all the parts.

Not very communicative… left multiple messages (just like your recorder directs to) and never received a call back. I was texted some status results and eventually found I could actually get a response via text but even that was hit or miss. Just felt like I was in the dark about where my car was at.
