They were extremely kind and helpful with my predicaments and worked with me above and beyond what was necessary. A couple times I had to call for updates when they might have been quicker to call me first but this was not a big deal at all. Their friendliness and helpfulness was top notch in every way.

I would enthusiastically recommend University Collision after my recent experience with them. When fixing my daughter's car they did more than I expected. I was so please with what they were able to do at such a reasonable cost.

The gap on the Bullgard is off on right side license plate frame busted other than that beautiful job. I know you had trouble getting parts so I can live with it.

I was told a couple of times that I would receive a copy of the quote for my car repairs and never received one. I was also told that I would receive an update on the repair but didn't receive one--especially since I would have liked to have been included on a decision to use a different part on my car.
