I was never told the repair job wasn’t going to fix the door! I picked up my car and the door barely shuts back in. The guy who handed me the keys told me that I should’ve been aware of this and that I couldn’t pay more to fix it, but if I had know that this door was only going to be fixed halfway I would’ve dropped more money. I have to slam it in two or three times just for it to be safe and not open while driving. I’m just really disappointed with the job they did...

Randy was absolutely amazing. He was the only thing great about this place. I only marked this down so low because I got a lot of attitude from the manager who gave me my keys, blaming the poorly done fix job on me. I wish I knew his name because he made me feel like it was my fault, which it wasn’t. It was a lack of communication on the outcome of the door 🤷🏻♀️
