These guys fixed my car in November 2019 when I broke my front fender after hitting an owl on the Moscow-Pullman highway. My insurance was going to make me pay the deductible again. In order to save me money, University Collision worked with me so that I did not have to pay the deductible all over again and quoted me a price at about $200. They saved me more than $300. In addition they gave a 100% guarantee the the job would be done right and that I would not even notice the repair. I must say the job they did was excellent. However, about a week and half ago the "fix" broke once again due to weathering. I was upset as I thought the job was 100% guaranteed but I calmly went and talked with them. They asked me for a second chance at fixing the problem. They were so nice to me the first time around, I felt compelled to give them a second chance. University Collision bent over backwards to try to fix the problem and in the end, replaced the entire part for me for free. As I said before, they stand by their work and exhibit true christian character. These guys are amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them. I am a satisfied customer.
