I showed up to have my car repaired, enterprise came and picked me up, when I got there they said they had no information from farmers on a rental. I called the adjuster, no answer. Had to be taken back to the repair shop to pick up my damaged car so I could go to work. When she finally called me back she said, “oh, looks like they switched adjusters on you.”. No apology, no one had informed me or contacted me and she didn’t really care that I had to take time off work again the next day to take my car back in. Experience was not good."
