The finished quality was great, but I was not happy when they first tried to return it to me with the bumper, not matching. The managers were great and got it fixed. But the wait time was almost 3 weeks total to have the repair finished.

From the moment I entered the shop, I felt like everyone went to extra lengths to take good care of me. I was especially impressed with Carlos who I interacted with the most. He messaged me regularly with detailed updates, answered all my questions and made sure to keep the insurance company and rental company apprised of the process. I was text reminder that my car would be done. I had a certain time on a certain day when I got there to pick up my car. My car wasn’t done. It hadn’t been properly buffed. I had to wait an hour. I had already returned my rental car and there was confusion about the communication. They do great work, but the communication sucked.
