At first, I was hesitant to take my car somewhere other than my usual repair shop, but I don't regret my decision at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Whether it was coordinating with the rental car company or handling the insurance process, they took care of everything and made the entire experience stress-free. I was genuinely impressed with the final result. Not only did they repair the damage and make my car look brand new, but they also went above and beyond by restoring my cloudy headlights, vacuuming and washing the car, and even applying tire shine. It's the little details like these that truly reflect the quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Also loved the gifted tote bag as a bonus! I’m not usually someone who takes out time to write a review but I thought I should this time.

Dealing with V&F is always such a breeze. This is my second vehicle having them fix and it went flawless. From getting a quote to having them deal with the insurance to drop off to pick up Frank and his team went above and beyond to finish the job ahead of schedule. The truck looks incredible and I will continue to come back to them whenever an auto repair is needed.

When I came to pick my truck up I couldn’t even tell there was anything wrong with it in the first place. A lot of people I know use you guys so I knew you guys would do a good job with the body work so I was not surprised. On the other hand what did surprise me was my truck has not looked this clean inside and outside since the day I drove it off the lot. You did an outstanding job washing it and detailing the interior after the repair I did not expect that! The pride you take in your craft is what separates you from the local competition. Very easy to work with and they kept me updated almost every day on the progress on my car. They also kept me informed that they were on track with the completion date. Also, it was a really nice surprise that they washed, waxed and cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up. That was a really unexpected surprise. Thank you so much. We had a great experience both times working with V & F Auto Body. Frank Jr. is always a pleasure to work with. Terry and others in the front office always keep us apprised as to the progress and sometimes the materials acquisitions due to supply chain delay. Nonetheless, they are always on target with completion schedule once materials are in. When I’ve picked up my car, it is in mint condition, cleaned, polished, inside and outside, making my car look better than when I took it off the lot! Thank you all for the excellent work you all do!
