Reynolds Collision Center

"Talking with Enterprise as the rental needed to be extended based on updates from Reynolds, learned there is a computerized messaging service used between Enterprise, the Insurance company, and the Collision Center where updates to the repair process are posted. Was curious if anyone had looked into having the messaging service have an opt-in option for the primary contact on the customer side to receive email or SMS updates when posts about the repair are to the corporate shared messaging service. For customers who prefer information via email or SMS, it could be a way to reduce the number of calls Reynolds CC staff are making to keep customers in the loop. I expected it will take the corporate entities using the messaging system making the request before such a feature is considered or turned on if it already exists."
