"Everyone that I met went out of there way to help me and point me in the right direction, including the very first that opened the garage door, ask me a few questions then pointed me to the office to talk to one of the ladies behind the counter, she asked me a few more questions, gave me some paper work to fill out and sign and said that Doug a service advisor would be right with me, Doug came over to me and introduced him self, we walked out to the garage and I showed him what I wanted done, he took some pictures, we went inside again and Doug went to his office for a few minutes and came back out to me with a estimate. I told him that it is ok with me, and that I would bring my truck back to him in the said thaand they could start the work then, and 3 days later Doug called me and my truck is ready for me to pick it up, so I picked up the truck and looked out the work that w"

"Wow... was i ever impressed. From the ladies who set up my appointment to the multiple text messages I received with status updates.. Earl was the best with phone calls giving updates as well as putting up with me and all of my phone calls trying to get my car done early due to my work schedule. I was able to switch shifts with a co-worker. So, in the long run, I did not need it done as early as I thought. Earl did a great job getting my car ready earlier than was expected. Then when I saw my car, all shiny & clean, inside & out I was in awe. The damage was unnoticeable. I am happy that i made the choice to use Severn Auto Body to repair the damage on my car.
