There were (2) items. - the dent in the bed top rail appears not to have been addressed - the camper shell when put back on the vehicle was put on touching the body and is scratching the back corners of the body.

I was very pleased with everything. We did have some disconnect on the length of time they would need my truck after they had to replace part of the tailgate instead of just fix it. However they moved quickly and got the truck back to us within an extra day as opposed to an additional 5 days. It was awesome of them to make that a priority and get it done. It was greatly appreciated.

I would have preferred text alerts versus email alerts, or a phone call. We dropped off our jeep and didn't hear anything for 3 days until we called. We were under the impression that it was a one day repair.
