Everything looks great, but our antenna, which was broken as part of the damage that was being repaired, but still functioned, was replaced, and now we don't get our radio stations in as well as we used to.

As for the body shop, yes. As for the issues 1) shop says replace door and window 2) progressive says fix the door 3) delay - rear window was the wrong one 4) the door was not able to be repaired as the shop wanted to replace at once. Now the door is replaced - delay 5) the door was lost by FedX a new door ordered. Delayed… 6) finally was replaced months later. Summary - progressive - listen to the body shop. Body shop - have no idea why the order for the window was wrong or the fedx lost door. The final work - I only have questions 1) how to best get the tape off the top of the van 2) a tail light for the license plate does not work. Not a big deal and I trust Dave and his team and company.
