I would have preferred to have my truck fixed elsewhere but insurance refused to pay for a tow truck to get my truck back home. So I had to settle for a place I knew nothing about and had never heard of.

My truck isn’t fixed properly and still makes noises when it shouldn’t. You also left scratches and paint chips on my truck. Some scratches on my truck are deep. You also haven’t called me back to let me know if the aftermarket parts are in or to talk to me about the pictures and videos of the body damage that I sent you.

I have been to this shop before and had good work done. I almost feel like this was a joke to them and i would definitely not return at all.

The job was partially incomplete... they installed the wrong mirror or a faulty mirror, oversprayed painted on the windows, chrome, black plastic below the doors, still had scratch left on door handle, broke a piece of the front grill and needs to be replaced. So i have to take my car back to get all these things fixed that could have been noticed if a final inspections was done before giving me the car back. Also, no one walked out to the car to show work done and broken piece as asked in phone call.

When i dropped off the car customer service was good. When i went to pick up the car i was called that it was ready to pick up and was told that they broke something and would replace it. I asked the person on the phone to show us when we pick it up and to show us the work done. And when the car got picked up no one came out to show the work or the broken part. They didnt come out to show where the car was parked. They just gave keys. Also when i called later to ask about the part i was told that they had already called me to bring the car back to get fixed and i was not called.

Overall I am satisfied. The only issues I have are 1) the paint on the hood and right front fender do not match and 2) a paint run on the front passenger door.
