I’m very happy with it. The color match’s very well I was worried about that but not now. Got it done in a short time to that God cuz my pick up is my paycheck now. Wasn’t expecting to see the inside as clean as it was hasn’t been this clean in a long time. I’ll be telling my friends how good you do if they have a problem like I did. Thank you very much. Valley Auto Body did a fantastic job in a timely manner to ensure I could get my car back on the road! I’m very happy with their work and if I ever need body work on my vehicles again (which I sure hope I don’t) I would be glad to use Valley Auto Body again. They took very good care of me even surprising me with a car detail inside and out.

as long as they keep the same mentality of it’s not my fault for every issue that arises I will not be returning or referring business. They messed my job up and they left me hanging and can’t guarantee time frames the vehicle that was in the shop ran advertisement, decals, and pilot car work. Time frames are important

There wasn’t an open line of communication between the shop and I concerning the status of my vehicle. They missed a couple lines on the repair list, and each time I contacted them the completion date kept getting pushed farther and farther back on a repaint for a non-wrecked pick up truck. The office is unwilling to compromise on a solution or a refund. The only response I get is it’s not my fault.
