Was disappointed at first because of how long I was quoted on time, but then the shop finished it way ahead of the estimate, even though several unexpected issues came up. They even did a complimentary cleaning on my car. The part that I really appreciated was they cleaned my dingy headlights that i didn’t think could be cleaned. Now they are bright and look brand new. Thank you so much.

The finished day was continually moved from 3 days to almost 2 weeks. Then parts ordered at first payment were discovered to be the wrong parts after the body work was done. Now one more trip to the shop for installation of what we hope are the correct parts are installed.

I would rate 8-10 if I could guarantee a friend or colleague that they would be working with the owner. I will leave rating at 5 due to our experience and what I cannot predict for the future if this is a problem solved or will be a recurring theme with this business.

With respect to the actual work done, they did a fine job and the car looks very good. My main gripes lie with the over extended estimates for time to complete the job which ultimately amounted to well over two months despite being told repeatedly “we’re one week out” for this and that. The customer service was extremely poor, and instructions that we would be called back were met with silence or it felt like we were given made up answers designed to placate for issues that were actually very straight forward if someone had simply just explained all of that. By the time we went down to the office in person, we met with the owner who was able bring some clarity to the car’s realistic prognosis and cited that a worker had massively dropped the ball across numerous contracts and that he was handling it personally to do damage control for his company. Miraculously, our part that was out of stock was suddenly in stock in less than a week and they did a rapid turn around on the car and that was of welcomed relief. We’re still out on a month of car rentals beyond what our car insurance could provide not to mention the extreme frustration of negotiating this process.

While TJ was friendly and pleasant with respect to his disposition, he left us zero confidence at any point in time that he was being truthful with our car’s progress and would frequently tell us that he would call back and simply wouldn’t. I bumped it from a 1 to a 2 because the owner actually took control and opened communication with us that helped with some of these frustration albeit a little too little too late.
