The staff at Valley Collision Center are the best. Kaylee, Blanca, Brandon, Jose and all of the technicians are friendly knowledgeable courteous polite and very skilled. Even though I hope to never have need of their services again, no more vehicle collisions, cross my fingers, if I ever do need those kinds of repairs again I will return because I trust them and I believe they did the best job they could for me. They all deserve recognition and High Praise. I truly believe that Valley Collision Center is the best body shop in the high desert and that is what I tell everyone that might be in need of their services.

I have already started recommending Valley Collision Center several years ago after my first very pleasurable experience with them. I will continue to do so and I even did it with the bank teller the day I picked up the funds to pick up my beautiful car looking almost brand new. If anyone asks me I will tell them where they need to go and if they go elsewhere that is their mistake. Caliber Collision for example is the complete opposite of that scale and they don't deserve the reputation they profess to have.

I couldn't be more pleased or satisfied with Valley Collision center. I have unfortunately needed their services more times than I had desired or expected but they always serve to please and any delays other than back ordered parts are generally caused by Insurance companies, not their stellar work. My car was ready at the time and date they said it was and after a walk around inspection I was more than satisfied. They are top-notch professionals friendly nice respectful and they appreciate my business, you know I hope to stay out of body shops in the future lol.

Five gold stars without question! They are courteous friendly and dealt with all of the bumps in the road with the insurance company so I didn't have to worry about it. Kaylee Brandon Jose and the entire staff are true professionals and I recommend them highly. They are not the nearest body shop to my home but they are the best and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any kind of top-notch body repair. Some body shops try to push non OEM Parts because the insurance companies would prefer it but they always hold out and get me the best OEM parts available to complete my repairs.

Very satisfied, very polite associates, and when I pointed out one thing that they took pictures and they took it back to see if they could correct it, and they are going to do the best they can on getting the part. I think if I was local I would recommend them more highly. As you could be closer to follow up on things and would have made the delays less hard to deal with. But since I am based in San Diego, I felt I was out of site out of mind and wasn't given the best service.

The body work, looks exceptional. Gave a 9 because at pick up, when I asked if the charging port had been tested and if the car charged they did not know.

At the beginning I was insured and confident I had made a great choice with Valley Collision, as a out of towner I had read great reviews and had high explications. After a Month of back and forth with me VC rep, I was disappointed to hear that the estimated repair date they had told me was being pushed out. I was let down because he had made multiple comments about getting the work done quicker and helping to push along the repair as there had been delays in the upfront of his communication and approval with my insurance. I ended up having to advocate for myself and push through the communications with my insurance on my own and follow up with Valley Collision to make sure parts had been ordered and the process was moving forward.
