I would highly recommend Valley Collision to anyone, and I have sent other people there. They are friendly professional when they say your vehicle will be done at a certain time. You know that it will be. I wouldn’t take any of my automobiles to any other place. I don’t even look for quotes from other auto body shops because Valley Collision is the only place for me.

I was very happy with the service I received at Valley Collision. It’s the only place I will take any of my automobiles. I don’t even go and look for beds because I know their service is 100% guaranteed and always at the highest standards. When they say your vehicle will be done at a certain time you know that it will be done at that time. They are very professional friendly and outstanding to go to. I love the fact you guys keep me updated through the process, although it wasn't a major repair my 2016 Ford Explorer is a great car and you helped me maintain the condition and value of the car. Greatly appreciated!! The car wash and detail was way beyond expectation not just the repair looked great but made my Ford look better, I am happy with the outcome and excited to be back on the road. I received my car back without a backup camera. They said due to it being an aftermarket stereo they weren't sure how it stopped working. All I know is prior to dropping it off at their establishment it worked. I took it back the day after picking it up (I picked it up when they closed) and they recommended I try to get Best Buy to cover the fix under their warranty. They stated if I bring them an invoice they may be able to work with me. Regardless I'm frustrated.
