This is a “Five Star” (the highest) review. Valley Collision - Ogden provided excellent service, from top to bottom. They were recommended by many, including other body shops. They treated me warmly and respectfully from the first person I met (Devin) to everybody over time. They said and acted like they appreciated my business when other places were “ho-hum.” They wrote the estimate after they inspected the car (in this case a 2021 F-150) thoroughly and caught things that I had missed based on Devin’s experience and knowledge of the type of collision I had been in. The estimate was fair compared with others. They promised an earlier completion date than I expected (given what others had said) and, by damn, they made that date. Parts they knew would be needed and take longer to get there were ordered right away so the work could begin when the parts arrived. They kept me posted on the repairs and status by text and phone calls. If they had a question or alternative suggestions they called to avoid any misunderstandings. When the time came, the repairs were good and the truck looked like new. I pointed out a couple of things I thought were scratches (turns out they weren’t) and they ran in and grabbed a rag to clean the spots and offered to buff them on the spot if I wanted.
