I thought they would put wipper fluid and it makes a click sound and makes a loud sound in the front like if its going to drop the engine i dont know

All the employees were so friendly. Finished car looks great. I hope I don’t require any more repairs but if I do I have no problems returning to Valley collision. My insurance worked very fast with Valley Collision.

You do a good job at repairing my vehicle but you need to work on your communication. I dropped off my vehicle and the only person I heard from was the insurance telling me my car should be done. It took longer than the insurance was told and they cut off my rental car and when asked about it you said you would call the rental company and the insurance and if you did the rental company wasn't contacted and now they are having a problem giving back my deposit. You need to keep the owner in the loop about their vehicle not just the insurance.

It took a few days to connect with the agent managing the case. Finding a rental car was difficult and I ended up having to schedule the car because the reservation was never completed.
