My only complaint is that the vehicle wasn’t cleaned well. I would love to see better detailing of vehicles. Overall completely satisfied! Freight kept us updated weekly!

I'm giving a 2 because the actual work appears to be ok but as for the actual service experience I would give a 0. From start to finish communication was horrible, I was lied to on multiple occasions about what work was done and delivery dates. I was told my car would be ready three different dates. The day i was told to pick up me and my wife left work k early and showed up only to be told they were sorry would be next week. No phone call nothing!!! I was and am very disappointed!! The whole process took over a month at 19,000.00 dollars for hail damage?? I think they started way to many jobs at one time with out the ability to complete any on time. Just my opinion.
