Thomas was a great guy and had really good energy when I talked to him. He was very kind and helpful with everything. My car looked great when I got it back and they even repaired all the surrounding small dents where my accident happened. Such a helpful and honest staff. I would highly recommend people to get their cars fixed at this collision center!

My car was left with Corey Vrla for repair. My daughter rear ended someone in her 2007 4runner. When I stopped by to check on it, I was told that Corey was let go and everyone else quit. All the parts were stripped on my vehicle including the hood, front bumper (including the fog lights and front license plate). The new shop manager told me that he didn’t have any employees and it might be months before he could get staffed and finish the repairs. I had to tie up the inner front fenders and tie up body parts so I could drive the vehicle home. I also had to purchase new fog lights to replace the perfectly good ones that were discarded in the dumpster and hauled off. I also had to pay for replacement license plates since the front one was thrown away also. Additionally, I had to get a rental car for over a month until I could round up help on getting the replacement parts painted and the vehicle reassembled. I was out of pocket hundreds of dollars more than I anticipated because of the predicament that parkway collision center put me in. I have utilized the collision center for years and always had excellent results, that’s why I WAS a repeat customer. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. I was never offered any discounts or options in getting this issue resolved. Just got told “sorry” by the new collision center manager. Thank you for the opportunity to leave feedback regarding this bad experience.

The guys on the phone are really nice and reassuring. The car looks great so they did a fantastic job with repair. My one issue was with the timing it took to fix the car. It was several days past they told the insurance company. That issue was due to the manpower issue. I would say they need more reliable workers. Plus my car was returned without a mud flap and was told that it would be in and they would fix but Monday is here and the parts are still not in.

I brought the car in to be repaired but when I picked it up the repairs were not completed and the tailgate of the truck which is where the damage was still did not operate properly.
