Very happy with Mike in service for staying on top of things as well as the Bodyshop guys we worked with. I did. However need to make 2 return trips to fix a couple things that weren’t fixed when the truck was with you. A bulb was out on the rag lamp and the headlight replaced wasn’t adjusted properly and I needed to come back for an adjustment. I’ll likely drive the truck at night and let you know if it’s not fixed still. Overall I’m happy with the people of VanGuard and always being pleasant. I just don’t like the multiple return trips. Diesel fuel cost money.

Great communication. Great work on collision repairs. Only concern is that the sun visor is not able to move to passenger window. In all fairness, we have not had the opportunity to call Vanguard to inform them of the issue.
