I was really upset when I was hit and my car was so badly damaged. I was thankful that I was not hurt physically. John Vashaw put me at ease right away and helped me restore my front door so it was usable until I could get it repaired. He also referred me to a mechanic to fix some other damage unrelated to the accident. Once he was able to repair my car it came out beautiful. He arranged for a rental who met me at his shop and my repair was complete within a couple of days. The whole process was seamless and I am thankful to John for his help with this difficult situation. Cheryl Beck
