This shop is Thee most professional shop I’ve ever had pleasure of dealing with. I showed up unannounced with my 2026 model y which had been severely damaged in a sudden windstorm here in Las Vegas. BJ took immediate action and handled all the correspondence with my insurance company as well as arranging for my car rental. BJ and his entire office staff also kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure to call me on every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. And the finished product looked even better than the day I picked it up at the Tesla showroom. I would recommend Velocity Collision to anybody who needs his services and wants white glove treatment.
