VCC is family owned and operated since 1982. Ventura Collision Center is Ford of Ventura's authorized repair facility. We work with all insurance carriers and have DRP relationships with Mercury, Hartford Insurance, Fleet Response, & ARI Fleet, VCC is also the preferred repair facility for the City of Ventura, CHP, Paramount Studios & Disney Studios. Our facility is also equipped for repairs on most fleet vehicles and medium duty trucks. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service with a lifetime warranty on all repairs for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

The service was honestly pretty quick and outstanding! The attention to detail from the crew is unmatched. The paint blending was seamless. And the prices are reasonable. You definitely aren’t getting gouged! I really enjoyed how personable the crew is and how much they reach out to you regarding work to be done. Very transparent and very honest. We just had our company truck repaired and everything estimated was completed and more. The truck was a mess inside and they cleaned the interior like new. The paint work all matched after Nick had his guys fabricate 2 parts that were not available. Staff is great quality and fair.
