VCC is family owned and operated since 1982. Ventura Collision Center is Ford of Ventura's authorized repair facility. We work with all insurance carriers and have DRP relationships with Mercury, Hartford Insurance, Fleet Response, & ARI Fleet, VCC is also the preferred repair facility for the City of Ventura, CHP, Paramount Studios & Disney Studios. Our facility is also equipped for repairs on most fleet vehicles and medium duty trucks. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service with a lifetime warranty on all repairs for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

Iâm grateful for how hard the team worked to get my vehicle back to a pre- accident condition - it was definitely a job well done. I very much appreciate the courtesy and kindness extended to me throughout the process and the diligence in working with my insurance company to cover all items related to the accident for me. Nick even went the extra mile to take care of a few extra blemishes near my bumper that he did not have to, I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful that he went out of his way to do that for me. He was very informative and made sure I understood all the work that had been completed on my vehicle and about any issues he had noticed. He also is working towards resolving a few problems with my vehicle through my insurance company and Iâm thankful to have that continued help to get my vehicle in its top condition despite the accident it had been in.
