The repairs were great and all sensors and the taillight seem to work as intended. I would totally recommend Vice to anyone that needs any post-collission work done. Front counter staff were great and approachable. The only issue I came across was a ding in the cars door frame but as I cannot be sure of how it happened I did not inquire.

Whoever introduced their vehicle to my parked car apparently believed in "hit it and quit it." They left my taillight looking like it had lost a fight and disappeared without so much as an apology. Thankfully, Vice's came to the rescue! They took my sad-looking car, worked their magic, and returned it looking so good you'd never know it had been the victim of a parking lot smack-and-run. The new taillight is perfect, the paint matches beautifully, and the repairs are flawless. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. They made a frustrating situation surprisingly painless—and probably restored my blood pressure in the process. If your car ever gets introduced to someone else's terrible parking skills, this is the place to bring it. Five stars for turning my "whodunit" into a "good as new!
