Kniesel’s is our families autobody repair shop. Starting from the front desk(Terry)which is professional and a very good listener. Then you have Bryan our estimator that has always worked with us to get an accurate quote ( not a high or low) as other shops have done in the past. We had your Citrus Heights shop get involved with my current GMC truck being they have a GM certification technician on staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Matt the store Manager when my vehicle was released to me. The Truck looks and runs like it should with only 13,000 miles on a 2023 year old. Thankyou
