The team , and (especially Julio who is the kindest of all) were awesome. They did a beautiful job and had my car done right on time. They went out of their way to get my car back to me asap, as due to a disability it is the only car I can drive. They were kind , efficient and quick to respond to my questions. We have taken several cars to to Kniesels through the years and they never disappoint. 10 Stars plus!

Everything about this entire experience was seamless from start to finish! After being rear-ended, I was already dealing with the stress of the accident, but Kniesel’s made the repair process incredibly easy and reassuring. I truly appreciated the prompt service and their ability to get me scheduled within just a couple of hours after USAA contacted them. From the speed and efficiency of dropping off my vehicle to the consistent communication and updates throughout the repair process, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The customer service I received was exceptional, and I always felt informed and supported. To top it all off, my vehicle was cleaned inside and out and looked incredible when I picked it up. That thoughtful extra touch meant so much and made an already difficult situation feel a little easier.
