Cam at Caliber was our rep and I recommend him completely. He kept me up to date with repairs, during an extremely stressful time as a car accident can be. Our car repairs were completed earlier than expected which was incredible. Cam drove my car to our home in roseville and took our rental car back for us which is absolutely fantastic. I was flabbergasted....did not have to have my spouse take off work to pick up and all that. This is an incredible service. I cannot recommend Caliber more or Cam. A car accident is stressful and car repairs even more but Caliber made it a pleasure.

Everything was easy: the service adviser was very nice dropping off the car was fast, didn’t wait long, getting a rental was easy and close to the shop where I dropped the car, I was informed in 1-2 days how long the car will be in your shop, the car was ready for pick up fast.
