I appreciate the excellent communication throughout the experience. I was always up-to-date on what was happening and knew what to expect. Stephen also took the time to call me to let me know that vehicles are not repaired over the weekend to see if I'd like to move my Friday afternoon appointment to Monday morning. I appreciated the forethought and customer service. The front office staff was also very friendly and provided clear explanations. The woman who did the estimation was also very thorough and efficient. Overall, my experience was great and for my first time ever needing to get my car repaired, I could not ask for better service.
