this is the second time that I’ve had my Subaru Forrester repaired at Kniesels’s in Auburn. Both times I received absolutely excellent customer service from the first call to pick up my vehicle, which was absolutely spotless when I picked it up both times. Needing a vehicle fixed due to collision damage is no fun and I hope I don’t require any more trips in the future, but I would highly recommend using Kniesel’s were their excellent service.

I can't say enough about Haley at the front and everyone there, they made me feel so comfortable and reassured all would be taken care of. My car was ready faster than originally projected and I was totally surprised to see it was washed and detailed inside and out! They took care of the rental and everything! Awesome customer service...I hope not to have another accident but I definitely would return if in the event something happens! Thank you!
