Ty is absolutely phenomenal! We’ve used Collision Pros - Auburn in the past, and the communication from Ty has always been top-notch. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and is so personable and genuinely nice. We had a difficult insurance company to deal with, and both Ty and Kevin were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They helped us get in contact with the insurance company and worked with them to make sure they paid what was owed. We are so appreciative of both of them and everything they did to help us!
