The repairs look great - I would give them a 10 on that. I was a little frustrated with their estimate of time needed to do the work being extended twice. I left it on a Monday, they said it “ should be ready by Friday. On Thursday they said the head light from their supplier didn’t fit so I couldn’t get it til Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). It wasn’t actually ready until Thursday.

I worked mainly with Madison and she was amazing from the first call to getting my car after repairs. She answered all my questions, helped through the process of the other persons insurance, and getting a rental car. Was so kind and just lovely to talk to.
