This company provided me with the best of service! The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I was hesitant to give my vehicle to anyone, however, this company pushed any fear I had and replaced it with comfort. I can't think of any thing i would change to make my experience better, other than the phone system, which is confusing. Thanks to all who made my experience a "10" across the board! Getting into a car accident, especially when you’re currently planning a wedding, is very stressful. Luckily, I can honestly say that B&J is the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and Rick went above and beyond to deliver my car back to me looking better than it did before the accident itself. They handled everything smoothly and quickly while keeping constant, helpful communication, and I walked away with a beautiful, functional vehicle. I hope I am not in need for car repair services anytime soon, but if I am, I will definitely be returning to B&J.

As always, Rick was great to work with. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and I was able to get my Jeep back earlier than expected. The staff did a fantastic job repairing and painting the hood, and the workmanship was excellent. I previously used B & J Body back in 2018 for another Jeep I owned, and the work they did then was also outstanding. Their quality and customer service have remained consistently excellent. I would highly recommend B & J Body to anyone looking for quality work and great service for their automobile!

I had a pleasure of working with Rick. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and helped me get started with this process. It went very smoothly and easy. He kept me updated about my vehicle. A couple times I made call the office and the other employees were very helpful. Left messages and Rick did return my call and if he was not available, they offered to help. Thanks a bunch!
