Excellent! The team made the entire process super easy for me, coordinating directly with my insurer and Enterprise while repairs were underway. Michelle Liedorff was especially helpful when it came to Enterprise — she was able to transfer my rental to the closer location AND secure a rental that very same day, both of which I had been unable to do when calling Enterprise myself. And Lance Wright kept me in the loop throughout the repair process, making sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. I really appreciate how helpful and responsive everyone at Toyota was.
