This is my second time using Caliber Collision, and once again, I’ve had a great experience. The biggest thing that stood out to me was the communication throughout the entire repair process. They kept me updated on the progress, explained what was being done, and made sure I knew what to expect. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and the repair was completed with great attention to detail. Having used them twice now, I feel confident recommending Caliber Collision to anyone who needs collision repairs. Great service and great communication from start to finish!

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Caliber Collision. This was my second time using them, and once again, they did an excellent job. Tony was very communicative, and the work was done quicker than I expected. However, am a little disappointed that I picked up my car and it was left under a tree that left it covered in sticky sap. Probably not the best place for new paint, not to mention I can’t get it off my windows. There’s also a rough edge under my hood, that should’ve been sanded down at the least maybe it was done too soon. Would love for at least the sap to be detailed off my entire car
