The alignment is not right. Going in a straight line my steering wheel is at 10 or 11 o’clock. Vice’s mentioned they would contact the alignment shop and they will contact me. That didn’t happen. Sub par. I likely won’t be a return customer. Suggesting 2 different wheels on one side of the truck is just rediculous. Not a very good experience.

You left a broken license plate frame on. You should have just left it off. I didn't need the broken one still on the car. I know you said I could've ordered one from Amazon and it wouldve been covered so I dont care that it wasn't replaced, just you could have thrown broken one away for a better look.

The team at this collision center worked absolute magic. The paint match? Flawless. The deep scratch from stemnto stern? Smoother than my attempt at pretending I wasn’t upset about the damage. They kept me updated, handled everything professionally, and treated my car like it was their own — which I deeply appreciated because I am attached to this vehicle. Now my Mach-E looks so good I almost want to thank the vandal for giving me an excuse to meet these repair superheroes. (Almost.)
