A word from Tom Smith, owner: Our company, Vic's and Jim's Collision Center, has been in existence for 50 years, providing reliable auto body services and collision repairs. Jim's collision center opened it's doors in 1968 by my father, Jim Smith. In 2016 we merged with Vic's collision center which was founded in 1950. I have spent my entire life in the shop training under my father and his loyal associates. My father told me to take care of the customers and they will be with you for life. We are servicing 3rd generations with allot of our customers. This makes me proud of my heritage and I love what I do. Vic's & Jim's has grown successfully and has continued to provide quality services to the entire metro area. From start to finish, we make the vehicle repair process as hassle-free and painless as possible! We offer complimentary pick-up & drop off services and free loaner cars to our clients to reduce stress. Our staff will work with your insurance company to settle your claim!

Vic’s and Jim’s was great, communicated status of car regularly. Did a great job on repairs. Had a beautiful courtesy, car, wish I could have gotten the courtesy car a little sooner but everything worked out and the entire process from accident happening to getting my car back was 3 weeks including working with my insurance!

They were absolutely fantastic! Drop off was super smooth and Enterprise was all ready for me with my rental, something I had never experienced at other collision centers. The repair was quicker than estimated, like a whole week quicker. When it came to pickup, also super easy. All I had to do was pay my deductible and I was ready to get back on the road. Not to mention, the cleaning they did inside of my car! It’s the cleanest it’s been in months. 10/10 would recommend!

The employees looked genuinely happy and willing to help, which can be rare nowadays. Even though it’s a small shop and they might be busy when you first walk in, they make sure to greet you right away and give you their full attention.
