A word from Tom Smith, owner: Our company, Vic's and Jim's Collision Center, has been in existence for 50 years, providing reliable auto body services and collision repairs. Jim's collision center opened it's doors in 1968 by my father, Jim Smith. In 2016 we merged with Vic's collision center which was founded in 1950. I have spent my entire life in the shop training under my father and his loyal associates. My father told me to take care of the customers and they will be with you for life. We are servicing 3rd generations with allot of our customers. This makes me proud of my heritage and I love what I do. Vic's & Jim's has grown successfully and has continued to provide quality services to the entire metro area. From start to finish, we make the vehicle repair process as hassle-free and painless as possible! We offer complimentary pick-up & drop off services and free loaner cars to our clients to reduce stress. Our staff will work with your insurance company to settle your claim!

We are very satisfied with the high quality of services Vic's & Jim's Collision provided to us. The whole process was very convenient and smooth: they arranged car for me back home on site when I dropped my van there. When I picked my van, it looked like brand new, they cleaned up the van from inside to outside, given it a complete fresh look. Later on, we found another problem, they took it back and immediately fixed the problem. We felt so lucky to choose Vic's and Jim's Collision as our service provider. We will definitely choose them next time, and recommend it to others.
